Rich is the owner of Geek Retreat Chelmsford! He works behind the scenes, making sure the shop keeps running! He is an avid Star Wars fan and has made his presence in store known by hiding his Boushh Leia figures around the shop!

Katie is the store manager, backbone of the shop and the reason the shelves stay stocked! She loves musical theatre and if she isn't in store, she is most definitely on stage (or with her dogs Henry and Prince)!

Gemma is our fantastic and hard working assistant manager. She is literally the definition of a warm hug and is always willing to help! She loves playing Magic the Gathering! She is the reason the kitchen stays stocked so we can serve tasty food! 

Rachel is our social media guru. She loves crafting and runs occasional workshops in the store! If you don't see her in store crafting captions or making TikToks, she is most definitely playing The Sims!

Ellen is a huge fan of Doctor Who, Jurassic Park and British television! She's a whiz at cleaning the shop and keeping it looking super tidy!

Fletcher is one of our amazing sales assistants and our in store Dungeon Master, hosting 'Fletcher's Table' every Tuesday evening! He is a huge anime fan and loves Spiderman! Will you be able to survive Fletcher's campaigns?!

Pietro is one of our awesome sales assistants. He's a movie buff, anime fan and loves playing Magic the Gathering! You can often find him in store perfecting a delicious latte!

Georgia is a Dungeons & Dragons fan! They absolutely love collecting shiny Pokémon cards! If you see them in store wading through bulk, making Pokemix or reading manga, roll for initiative! 

Mat is a Dungeons & Dragons expert. With years of experience, he hosts 'The Franchise Players' RPG table every Sunday! He is also a whiz when it comes to picking up any TCG!

Tom is the newest member of our team! He is a MTG player who also loves cooking! If he isn’t in the kitchen, you can find him lost in a book or playing World of Warcraft!
